I feel you are wrong.
I feel confident whenever he gets the ball, that he'll do something useful with it.
I wouldn't be surprised if his best position is that of Noble's.

A bit harsh comparassion to last season, he's hardly played and thrown back into a struggling side. I thought he looked alright today and got stuck in without the ball

I'd give him more time. He's neither been particularly good, nor particularly bad, unlike at least four of our other signings, who have been the latter.
Pretty sure he's got more to offer than he's revealed so far.
